Slingerland & Clark, P.C. is a locally owned, boutique law firm, founded in 2004. We have over 60 years of combined experience in handling a wide variety of civil and criminal legal matters.
The lineage of Slingerland & Clark, P.C. traces back to 1982, when Robert Fuenty and Kurt P. Klein opened the practice of Fuenty & Klein. Later, T. Jordan Gallagher joined them and the firm was renamed as Gallagher, Fuenty & Klein and then went on to become Gallagher, Klein & Brady, and Gallagher & Brady. The firm relocated its office from DeKalb, IL to Sycamore, IL in 1990. William P. Brady left the firm in 2004 and Jack C. Slingerland became a partner in Gallagher & Slingerland. After T. Jordan Gallagher received a judicial appointment in 2008, the law practice became Slingerland & Associates. Dale Clark became the co-owner with Jack Slingerland on February 1, 2012, and the firm became Slingerland & Clark, P.C.
