Geoffrey N. Courtney

Geoffrey N. Courtney focuses on complex litigation in both state and federal court, including aviation, commercial, and personal injury litigation. He has represented both individuals and Fortune 500 companies. He is an Associate of the American Board of Trial Advocates, has been recognized numerous times for his pro bono work, and is a Sustaining Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.



Geoffrey is a member of the Austin Bar Association, the San Antonio Bar Association. He serves on the board of several public interest organizations, and is a member of the Canon Law Society of America. Geoffrey is the former Director of Legal Services for the Catholic Diocese of Austin, and a native of San Antonio.



Admitted to practice in Texas in 1994, Geoffrey is also admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas and the Southern District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th and 11th Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court. He successfully and ethically represents his clients in both state and federal courts throughout the state of Texas and across the country.
