Paul Raskin founded Raskin Litigation after over twenty-five years at prominent litigation firms in Seattle and New York City. He has appeared in state and federal courts throughout Washington. Over the years, Raskin has represented Technology, Telecommunications, Finance, Aviation, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Insurance, Media, Retail, Real Estate, Law, Accounting and Engineering companies, among other businesses, as well as individual insurance claimants, employees, executives, professionals, and investors. Following a three-week trial in federal court, Raskin and his former partner were described by the court in an order granting attorney's fees, as "experienced attorneys who showed great adeptness, poise and resiliency before the court, on paper and at trial. They served [their client] well."
