Vincent S. DiCioccio received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Drexel University in 1983. He attended graduate school at Drexel, where he was a transportation engineering teaching assistant in the Department of Civil Engineering. In 1985, he earned his Master of Science in Civil Engineering.
For his Master of Science degree at Drexel University, Mr. DiCioccio's specialization was transportation engineering. Subsequently, he was employed by the City of Philadelphia as an airfield inspector at Philadelphia International Airport where he gained valuable insight in airport operations.
In 1991 Mr. DiCioccio received his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law, where he was awarded an American Jurisprudence award in legal research and writing. He also attended the National Institute for Trial Advocacy's Intensive Trial Advocacy Program and the Advanced Trial Advocacy Program.
Mr. DiCioccio was admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania in 1992, and was also admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in that same year. In 1996 he was admitted to the United States Supreme Court.
