Seth Finberg was admitted as an Attorney and Counselor at Law by the Supreme Court of the State of Georgia, and is a member in good standing of the Georgia Bar, being fully qualified to practice in immigration and nationality matters throughout all the territories of the United States. Practice is limited to Immigration and Nationality Law.
Seth grew up in South Florida and graduated from Florida Atlantic University with B.A. in Political Science (focusing on International Affairs and Latin American Politics). He then went on to earn his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law with a specialization in Criminal Law and Intellectual Property. As a member of the Georgia Bar since 2007, Mr. Finberg has practiced Criminal Defense, Business Law, Family Law, Immigration Law, and Sports & Entertainment Law. Seth also served as an appointed Public Defender in Gwinnett County (GA) representing indigent clients and undocumented workers. After working in his adopted State of Georgia, Mr. Finberg returned to his home state of Florida and created a dedicated Immigration Law practice in 2020.
