In 2020, Peter A. McLauchlan, the Managing Partner of the Houston Office and a former partner in the international law firm of Foley & Lardner LLP, joined the firm as a partner bringing his experience in Aviation, Maritime and cross border transactions to the firm.
With their "big firm" experience, David and Peter have brought their skills to a boutique firm to serve clients responsively and efficiently.
The firm focuses on the representation of clients of all sizes including small businesses and entrepreneurs in all aspects of their businesses including mergers and acquisitions, aviation law, business formation and operations, contract disputes, insurance law, intellectual property law, maritime, transportation law and the resolution of disputes through mediation, arbitration and litigation, when necessary. David is a certified Arbitrator and Mediator and has helped parties all over the US resolve complex disputes across the full range of issues described above. The firm has offices in Chicago and Houston but represents clients all over the U.S.
