Kenneth P. Held is an accomplished securities litigator with over 25 years' experience defending securities class actions, derivative actions, and enforcement actions in a broad array of industries, including energy, telecommunications, healthcare, and consumer goods. He has handled cases relating to stock-drop securities fraud, merger challenges, fiduciary duty, ERISA stock-drop class actions and insider trading investigations. His clients range from individuals to publicly traded and privately held companies, as well as private equity firms and hedge funds.
