Freedman & Freedman, P.C. evolved out of Berman & Freedman, P.C., one of Long Island's premier real estate law firms almost 40 years. Established in 1978 and based in Garden City, Berman & Freedman, P.C. quickly became a leading real estate law firm under the leadership of Donald E. Freedman. In 1994, Daniel E. Freedman, son of Donald E. Freedman, joined the firm and became a partner several years later. In 2003, Berman & Freedman, P.C. moved its offices from Garden City to a larger space in Syosset. After enjoying over a decade of continued success in its Syosset location, Donald and Daniel decided to relocate to Melville in 2017 while simultaneously changing the name of the firm to Freedman & Freedman, P.C.
