I grew up in a small town in the Pacific Northwest. I was in the military, until I retired from the Army and attended Campbell Law School in Raleigh, North Carolina. I decided to open my own firm because I felt compelled to continue to serve my community after I retired from the Army. From my experiences in the Army and internships in law school, some of the hardest times I have seen people experience are in family law, specifically, when families and assets are being ripped apart and, in criminal cases, where someone's life and liberty are at stake. I understand that many who need legal assistance cannot afford to hand over what many attorney's require upfront in fees. To ensure our clients can have someone fighting for them, we offer flat-fee billing for most cases and also offer payment plans.
