I have personally spent more than thirty years investing in real estate in several states - residential, multi-family, and commercial. Additionally, I have decades of business experience owning interests in and operating law firms in Central Florida. I appreciate the opportunity to put both my training and my practical experience to work for my clients.
Attorneys have the sometimes warranted reputation of being folks who get in the way of getting a deal done. I assume my clients are in the deal because they want to be. Although part of my job is to point out the rocks in the road, I view the other part of my job as helping my clients push those rocks out of the road or steering around them by presenting alternatives.
