Randall & Stein, P.A. is a law firm specializing in personal, business, trust, and estate taxation matters. In 1978, Richard H. Stein and the late Fred Randall left the law firm at which they both worked and began what was originally known as "The Law Offices of Fred Randall." The firm has remained in the same location since its inception over 40 years ago. Prior to working together, Fred had been Richard's tax law professor at Seton Hall University School of Law. In 2008, Richard's son Sam joined the firm.
