David Halpern understands the pain associated with asbestos disease and every year he honors the memory of his late father with an annual Parkinson Golf Tournament that he started in 2000. Dave has been married for 15 years and the proud father of two wonderful children ages 13 and 11.
David B. Halpern is a graduate of Temple University in 1984 and Delaware Law School in 1987. Following graduation in 1987, he clerked for one year for the Honorable Michael R. Stiles in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. David Halpern is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
