A.Williamson, LLC is a trial and litigation law firm based in the Washington, DC metro region. Firm founder, Andrew M. Williamson, is licensed in Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia. He has successfully litigated and tried cases in state and federal courts throughout those jurisdictions, and nationally, for nearly a decade. Prior to opening his own firm, he represented major financial institutions and Fortune 500 companies at Blank Rome LLP, helped bring cutting-edge cases at a boutique litigation law firm, and prosecuted criminal matters for the U.S. Department of Justice.

I am a litigation and trial attorney and have been practicing law for just under a decade. During that time, I have litigated a variety of high-stakes matters ranging from complex class action cases to bankruptcy matters, to insurance coverage claims I have taken several cases from inception to trial in courts throughout the Washington, DC area--and won. I have extensive experience helping individuals and companies navigate state and federal courts throughout the country--and in particular in Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Prior to launching my own firm I spent several years litigating cases at one of the largest big law firms in the country, at a national financial services litigation boutique, and at one of the top local litigation boutiques. I also prosecuted criminal cases for the government at the U.S. Department of Justice. I am an avid Washington Nationals fan and former collegiate baseball player. I have coached and mentored youth in DC area sports organizations for more than a decade. I am proud to call Maryland home. I live in Montgomery County with my wife and kids.
