Formed in 2020, Karber, P.A. was the final step of professional evolution for Zachary Karber after years of developing his approach to law, leadership, and client relations. As a small business, working with and for small businesses, Zachary knows the importance of hard work, honesty, and good character.

Prior to beginning his own firm, Zachary worked for a few years at the Tampa, Florida office of the large and prestigious insurance defense firm of Conroy Simberg where he practiced construction litigation, commercial litigation, as well as general liability. There he was able to gather a new perspective regarding large firms and their own approach to law.

Preceding his time with Conroy Simberg, Zachary spent several years at a boutique construction law firm in Tampa, Florida, where he practiced all aspects of both construction law & business law, and represented all types of companies within the construction industry, ranging from commercial property developers & general/building contractors to subcontractors & suppliers. Prior to practicing law, Zachary was a Management Associate and graduate of the executive management training program at C1 Financial, Inc./C1 Bank (NYSE: BNK), which was ultimately acquired by Bank of Ozarks, Inc. (NASDAQ: OZRK) in June 2016.
