The firm was formed in 1988 by Attorneys Garry Blank and Daniel Solomon.
From a one-room office on State Street in Boston, we have grown to our current offices on in the North End of Boston and Sandwich on Cape Cod. Most of our litigation practice takes place in eastern Massachusetts although we have gone as far south as Florida and as far east as South Korea to represent our clients.
Dan Solomon is an experienced trial lawyer who has tried over 150 civil and criminal jury matters to conclusion. Recent successes include first degree homicide acquittals: during 2008, 2010 and 2018 in Boston and in 2009 in Brockton; a 2007 acquittal on a 3rd offense Operating Under the Influence of Liquor in Cambridge; and an acquittal on a corporate insurance fraud case in Boston in 2016. We also recently took to trial a personal injury case motor vehicle/ankle injury) where the highest settlement offer had been $150,000?after two days of trial the defendant/insurers settled the matter for $350,000. We have handled a number of closed head injury/concussion cases, recently settling cases in six figures and one such for a total of $800,000.
Garry Blank has a deep and sophisticated understanding of the inner workings of money and business. He has represented parties during numerous multi-million dollar deals, has traveled internationally to participate in contract negotiations, and is a master at dealing with insurers and health care providers in the context of personal injury and property matters.
