We primarily serve as boutique outside corporate counsel and high-end strategic advisors to businesses for whom it is not economically feasible or desirable to hire full-time in-house counsel, or who might otherwise be interested in replacing (or supplementing) their existing in-house team. We provide true end-to-end legal representation through the life of a given legal matter.
