The firm was established in 2017 by Kiranjit K. Dharsan, a qualified Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. Besides Intellectual Property law, the firm also specializes in other legal services such as Corporate and Commercial law, Civil and Commercial Litigation.



Our clients are start-ups, small and medium-sized enterprises, individual entrepreneurs, multinational corporations, manufacturers, distributors and retailers. The industries we support are wide-ranging, such as apparel and accessories, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, foods and beverages, electronics and computers, personal care products.
