Our offices are located just off the Courthouse Square in Cumming, Georgia in the North Atlanta area of Forsyth County The County is one of the highest per capita income counties in Georgia and the United States. It lies just south of the Georgia mountains and is bounded on the east by Lake Lanier. The United States Army Corps of Engineers formed the lake by damming the Chattahoochee River. The County has been a site of rapid development in the Atlanta region during the past two decades.
Stuart Teague practices in the State of Georgia in the areas of land use law, real estate law, property law, and business law with an emphasis in litigation and legal counseling. He graduated from Mercer University where he was active in N.D.T. debate and graduated cum laude from Mercer University Law School in Macon, Georgia. He was a member of the Mercer Law Review. He was admitted to practice law in Georgia in 1990. Following school, Mr. Teague was associated with Peterson Young Self & Asselin and its successor firms, Peterson Dillard Young Asselin Powell & Wilson, LLC and Wilson Brock & Irby, LLC, in Atlanta, Georgia. He established a law office in Forsyth County, Georgia in 2001. He has been a member of the Colorado State Bar since 2000. He also received mediator training in 2015.
