Celeblaws (formerly, the Law Offices of Liu & Associates) was founded by Attorney Qinghe (Jenny) Liu in 2016.



While volunteering in Orange County, Attorney Liu encountered immigrants in desperate need of legal assistance. She observed how many individuals missed an opportunity to defend their rights -- many times because they were unaware they had any rights or were unable to obtain timely assistance. Through that experience, Jenny became increasingly aware of and sensitive to the fact that people who lack legal knowledge, including and especially those who grew up in other countries, were at risk of losing their legitimate benefits. As a Chinese immigrant herself, Attorney Liu developed a special commitment to serving Chinese communities within the United States. Her work and dedication is ultimately what led to the establishment of Celeblaws.



When the law firm first opened for business in 2016, Attorney Liu predominately offered legal services to new immigrants residing in the U.S. Since that time, she has invited other attorneys to join the law firm and expanded the firm's service offerings. Today, Celeblaws has gained valuable experience across a wide range of legal fields, including commercial transactions, litigation, intellectual property, immigration, investments, and family law. Our client are individuals, families, and companies both large and small, including publicly listed companies, well-known U.S. banks, blockchain startups, large packaging companies, agricultural companies, light industry enterprises, and e-commerce merchants, among others.
