We issue title insurance, clear title through the Superior Court, document loan transactions for financial institutions and private lenders. We also enforce loan documents after default (foreclosing and obtaining deficiency judgments). We have been regularly selected to act as mediator and/or commissioner for efficient and cost-effective dispute resolution.
