Unlike traditional firms, many services are offered by Verity for a flat fee. We believe that we can provide quality results at reasonable rates by operating more efficiently and our pricing to you reflects that difference.

Jay Rosloniec has over 18 years of experience practicing law and his credentials include an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida. Jay Rosloniec started Verity Law in 2010 with a vision to provide his clients with practical solutions in the areas of business law, real estate law, and estate planning and administration. Verity Law is committed to providing these services to clients using a fee structure that is fair and reasonable. Many services are provided on a flat fee. As Verity Law has grown we have added mediation services to assist parties in resolving conflicts without the time, cost and uncertainty of traditional litigation. Jay Rosloniec has mediated large and small cases including contract/business disputes, real estate disputes, personal injury cases, and a variety of other cases. Jay Rosloniec was excited to add Jen Brom to the Verity Law team in 2014. Jen's diligence and exceptional client service has allowed Verity Law to grow while maintaining the quality service our clients expect. Verity Law grew again in 2016, adding Lisa Roelands as an associate attorney. Lisa specializes in business law, real estate law and estate planning.
