Arbor Employment Law is a boutique management-side employment law firm assisting employers in all aspects of their employment law issues, including workplace discrimination and harassment claims, disability and leave issues, wage and hour, pay equity, and in 2020, managing the employment law facets of the COVID-19 pandemic. We are experienced in defending cases in state and federal agencies and courts. While we look for practical and workable solutions to workplace issues before they become litigation, we also assist employers in understanding the spectrum of risk that is inevitable in making informed business decisions and managing associated risk.
