Our primary practice areas are government contracting, corporate and general business law, and dispute resolution and litigation. As government contracting experts, our attorneys advise and assist clients with virtually all legal aspects of conducting business with the federal government, including qualification and registration, contracting, compliance, claims, and bid protests and other disputes. As corporate/business lawyers, we guide clients through every stage of the business cycle, from entity selection, formation and financing of the company's operations at the beginning, to managing risk as the business grows, through the realization of a business owner's exit strategy by successfully negotiating the sale of the company. Our experienced attorneys can also assist with a wide variety of legal issues from contracts and agreements, labor and employment matters, intellectual property protection, and the negotiation of commercial leases. Should our clients need assistance with the resolution of legal disputes, we can also handle litigation matters as well as mediation and arbitration proceedings.
Our firm's attorneys have decades of combined legal experience. Many of our attorneys have served as either general counsel or senior counsel for public sector government contractors, and this operational experience in the business world makes them ideally suited to advise our clients on a broad range of legal issues impacting a growing business enterprise.
