Vigorously represents developers and builders of residential communities, healthcare facilities, hotels and motels, condominiums and apartments, shopping centers, industrial parks and office campuses. Provides strategic counseling, litigation and alternative dispute resolution services to long-term clients, title companies and charitable foundations with real estate concerns. Serves as co-counsel with (but is independent of) Morris James LLP in on-going land use litigation, title claim defense litigation, and complex real estate transactions.
