Mr. Kennedy and Ms. Hernandez's litigation experience ranges across New Mexico state and federal courts and includes appeals in the New Mexico Court of Appeals, New Mexico Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
