Brian has over thirty years experience as a business lawyer, labor and employment lawyer, and business owner. Brian has represented individuals, profit and not-for-profit entities on business transactions, litigation, grievances, mediations, and arbitrations in the public and private sectors. Brian has served as Vice President and General Counsel of a privately held business as well as Managing Partner of a law firm.
