Our History ? A Foundation of Excellence
The firm was founded in 1984 by Paul J. O'Reilly, Kenneth L. Rancilio and John A. Nitz. Paul O'Reilly (1940-2003) was one of the State of Michigan's leading municipal lawyers and represented the city of Sterling Heights from its formation in 1968 until his retirement. In addition, he maintained an active civil litigation practice. Ken Rancilio (1939-1998) was also an active civil trial lawyer who represented numerous individuals and institutions throughout the State of Michigan. John Nitz is a leading business and estate planning attorney who remains in active practice and continues to serve as a director and officer of the firm.
