Fagen Friedman & Fulfrost LLP "F3" represents nearly 400 of California's educational institutions and related agencies. These institutions include school districts, community college districts, SELPAs, county offices of education and public agencies.

Many F3 attorneys and senior staff began their professional careers in public education, including elementary school teachers, special education aides, an honors English teacher who helped introduce the International Baccalaureate program to districts, former trustees and general counsels. We joined together to build a firm dedicated to supporting public education in achieving its historic goal of helping all students to realize their potential.

F3 attorneys offer extensive legal experience across all areas of education law. Since our inception in June 2006 with nine attorneys, the firm has grown to nearly 90 attorneys in six offices throughout the state. Our commitment to professional excellence in law and personal commitment to education are the right combination to serve today's public school institutions.

To deliver optimal service statewide, we have offices in the Fresno, Inland Empire, Los Angeles, Oakland, Sacramento and San Diego areas.

Our attorneys are licensed to practice law before all courts of the State of California, each of the United States District Courts in California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.

F3 attorneys are admitted to practice in California, Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Washington State.
