Our Mission

BCF's Mission Statement and Five Principles guide our strategic planning and daily activities. Every BCF team member, from employee to partner, adheres to these principles and statement.

Our professionals have very diverse backgrounds and complementary interests. Many have life experiences and degrees that complement their law studies. Our Story

In 1995, a group of lawyers, all coming from larger firms, decided to join their expertise to transform the way business law was practiced. Based on the core values of humility, creativity, generosity, passion, excellence and sincerity, Brouillette Charpentier Fournier will become, in 2002, BCF Business Law.

Quickly, Quebec companies and young legal talent embraced the firm's practical and innovative approach which led to rapid growth. After Montreal and Quebec City, BCF opened in 2018 another office located in Paris, thus supporting a mainly European and international intellectual property clientele.

Management

Our management team runs the firm as our clients run their business: with heart and passion. We understand growth management issues so thoroughly that BCF has been earning the distinction as being one of Canada's Best Managed Companies every year since 2007, an award no other Qu?bec firm has ever received.
