Berman and Sable was founded in 1977 by Michael Berman and Joel Sable with the intended mission of representing commercial clients both in business transactions and business related litigation. Prior to founding the firm, Attorney Berman and Attorney Sable practiced for several years with firms focused on commercial transactions and litigation. Berman and Sable has become a boutique law firm concentrating on commercial and construction litigation and commercial transactions. The firm has continued its original focus over the years and has successfully expanded its practice to include all aspects of corporate and business law, general commercial and construction litigation as well as commercial lending and asset recovery. Berman and Sable, with offices located in Hartford Connecticut, and New York, New York, focuses on building relationships with business people.
