In 1929, Mayer Lerner opened the doors to his law firm. Joined by his brother Sam in 1939, they faithfully applied the philosophy that "no matter who our clients are, each and every one deserves the best representation possible." Today, 90 years later, this simple truth is still at the heart of our values. Lerners LLP has grown to become one of Ontario's largest firms with offices in London, Toronto, Strathroy and Owen Sound. Lerners has been recognized by peers, colleagues and clients and is listed in Canadian Lawyer Magazine. The original Lerners office, in London, has always been a full-service shop. The largest of its kind in southwestern Ontario, it offers outstanding skill and vast experience in a variety of practice areas under one roof. The Toronto office, opened in 1987, focuses on litigation and is now one of the city's largest litigation boutiques. The Toronto arm of the firm has also been recognized by Canadian Lawyer magazine. While each office possesses its own unique strengths, we work closely together for the benefit of all our clients. In total, over 120 highly skilled and experienced lawyers, with the help of more than 200 dedicated support staff, share expertise and resources to deliver exceptional client service.
