Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff LLP

I'm a huge fan of everything about Benesch.. - the attorneys, the culture, the management, and the business. Highly recommended!
Our experience with Laura Dutt was nothing but impressive - they were professional, asked great questions, and were quick to follow up.

BCG Attorney Search speaks with attorneys about law firms every day. Here is what attorneys are saying:

ling for a while

Benesch Law is a quickly growing law firm that is focused on building a positive culture even during the Covid-19 pandemic. The firm offers a hybrid work schedule, with three days per week in office and the flexibility to work from home if it is more efficient. The staff is very helpful and supportive of each other, and there are benefits such as free food, salary, and other perks. The location of the firm is also a plus.

On the negative side, there may be some growing pains associated with rapid expansion, and the drive can get old. Additionally, although attorneys are treated better than staff, the 401k match is not available until an employee has been with the firm for over a year. Finally, employees may need to ask for work or they may be left idling for a while.

Overall, the reviews of Benesch Law are very positive, with many people noting the great staff culture and benefits. The firm provides a hybrid work schedule with flexibility, and the staff is supportive and helpful. While there are some drawbacks, such as the lack of 401k match for those with less than a year of tenure, these are outweighed by the positive experiences of those who have worked at Benesch Law.
