Tom Dickson - Oilfield Lawyer North Dakota

Attorney Thomas A. Dickson has extensive experience in a variety of areas including criminal defense, plaintiff's personal injury and oil field personal injury.

Tom is first and foremost a trial lawyer. Tom has tried over 100 cases to jury verdict in courts throughout the state of North Dakota over the past 30 years. This extensive trial experience has made Dickson Law Office capable and comfortable in front of the jury box. Many of his criminal and civil cases are referred by friends and colleagues in the legal profession. He is honored to work side by side with these great lawyers.

Tom is a 2012 graduate of the Trial Lawyer's College in Dubois, Wyoming.

However, Tom is active in the community, too, and not just the courtroom. He strongly believes in giving back through volunteer service. He has been involved in politics since 1980, helping both national and state political campaigns. He was a volunteer head coach for the Bismarck Hockey Program for nearly a decade, working with 13 - 14 year old youth on the bantam team. In 1996, he became the not only the coach, but also the co-founder of the girls hockey program in Bismarck, North Dakota.
When neighbors help neighbors.

On May 28, 1924, a horse barn burned down in Gilby, North Dakota. 12 horses died in the fire. The horses in that barn belonged to Tom's great-grandparents, and the loss was devestating. Then, on June 2, 1924, neighbors arrived to help cultivate the corn.

Neighbors helping neighbors, three generations later, are the values that endure in Tom's commitment to his duties and the people of North Dakota.
