After more than 60 years of providing legal services to the Pensacola and surrounding areas, the law firm of Shell Fleming Davis & Menge, P.A. will be closing its doors, effective December 31, 2019. It has been our pleasure serving this wonderful community from our humble beginnings in 1956 until later this month. We sincerely appreciate the hundreds, if not thousands of clients we've served over the years and to everyone, attorneys and staff alike who have worked at Shell Fleming. We will maintain a small administrative staff for a few months after the firm closure to handle accounts receivable, accounts payable and other related administrative duties to assist in our closing. Thurston Albert (TA) Shell, A. Fletcher Fleming and Danny L. Kepner are all effectively retiring, although we are providing personal contact information below.

Stephen B. Shell, Charles L. Hoffman, Jr., Geoff P. Brodersen and Louis A. (Trip) Maygarden, III are moving their practices to join the local Pensacola office of Carver Darden, who are headquartered in New Orleans.

Robert C. Palmer, III will be continuing his private mediation and trail practice in Northeast Pensacola while serving all of Northwest Florida.
