Hi, I'm Nancy Feldman. I'd like to tell you about my law firm, to see if I can help you with your legal questions and arrangements.

My background is financial services, including, for the past 25 years, legal advice, counsel, and document preparation of Wills, trusts, medical directives, financial powers of attorney, probate filings, estate and trust administration, business succession planning, and the passing down of family property. I also provide family-law services, including pre-marital and marital agreements, domestic partnership and house-sharing agreements, and collaborative divorce.

I am licensed to practice law in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia, and I represent individuals, families and other groups, and organizations.

As part of the process, I am happy to coordinate with your accountant, stock brokers, financial advisor, insurance agent and other professionals, if you so desire, to ensure that your wishes are carried out in a consistent manner.

After our work is accomplished, I am available for questions and to meet with your young beneficiaries and your appointees (executor, guardian, trustee), to explain the basics and address their questions and concerns.
