Pros: helping clients. Admins are good. Office manager is superb.

Cons: Partners/members do not want to deviate from norm. High reluctance for diversification of work. Rote work most of the day, application and amendment drafting. Opinions and like seemed to be few in between or kept with partners. Partners each with their own idiosyncrasies and not willing to understand that one is doing work for ~5 partners each week, and there is bound to be creep of styles. Some partners are very hands on, and others seem not to care about anything but billing.

Partners to Avoid and Why: Jamie--provides incredibly short timelines, demands style that most of other partners do not want to even approach. Hoffman-- re-brief every aspect of matter when discussing even if had gone over a few days earlier
