Hill Dickinson was founded in Liverpool in 1810, initially specialising in maritime law. Today, we are a leading commercial law firm with an international client base, providing the full spectrum of commercial legal services from corporate, real estate and banking through to employment and intellectual property. We have approximately 700 people based at our Liverpool head office at No. 1 St. Paul's Square in the heart of the city's commercial district.
