Andrew Park is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and Federal Eastern and Southern District Court of New York.

In 2003 he founded the law firm of Andrew Park. He has handled thousands of auto accident cases and had taken successful settlements and verdicts.

Andrew Park received scholarship when he was a student and he remembers the importance of financial support and encouragement for young students.

After running his law firm many years he decides to return the blessing he has received from various donors to community. As a result he found Andrew Park foundation as a registered charity foundation in 2012.
Andrew Park has been working diligently over the years to give sense of pride to younger 1.5 and 2nd generation Korean Americans and to give some of what he earned back to Korean American community through many different ways. Now, he has founded scholarship foundation named after him. When asked why he is doing this, he answers "I have many grateful memories of receiving helps from Korean community growing up. I started this wanting to return favors back to the community". Because of his wish to help young students achieve their dreams within Korean Community, Andrew Park Foundation has very different selection criteria. It has differentiated itself from others by including not only 2nd and 3rd generation Korean Americans but also international students from Korea as potential recipient. Many international students, after their study, get H-1 visa and become part of Korean community here. Even if they go back to Korea, they will use experience gained here to strengthen the bond between here and Korea.
Since its foundation in 2013, Andrew Park Foundation has been consisted of Andrew Park, himself, and distinguished individuals serving on advisory board who select recipients. Advisory board members review each applicant's contribution to Korean community in the past and their future plan to continue the effort as strongly as their academic performance. It's a way for Andrew Park Foundation to remind students its mission so they don't forget their roots.
