Our appellate practice handles appeals in all state and federal courts, including the Florida Supreme Court, the Florida District Courts and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta, Georgia. The firm is also quite accomplished at defending licensing and credentialing actions, appearing routinely before the Board of Medicine for investigations by the Department of Health. The firm also handles arbitrations and administrative actions. Each of the partners and many of the associates have lectured and served as distinguished speakers in their areas of specialty.
