Our general practice law firm represents private and corporate clients for a large variety of legal requirements. The firm also provides legal services to over 5,000 members of the Legal Plan of Local 282 of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters and the members of the Legal Plan of Local 138 of the International Union of Operating Engineers.

Members of these Legal Plans receive certain legal services from our firm free of charge. For those services not covered under the Legal Plan or for members not eligible for the legal service benefit, our firm provides the necessary services at a reduction from our customary fee. Our Legal Plan services make representation available to clients who would otherwise not be able to afford legal counsel and would go unrepresented.

Finally, if any of our clients require representation in a personal injury or medical malpractice action, of counsel to our firm is the firm of Sullivan, Papain, Block, McGrath & Cannavo, P.C., the premier personal injury firm in New York State.
