Most notably, however, is Mr. Di Duca's extensive experience in the construction industry. He has been licensed as a general building and general engineering contractor since 1977 (California Contractor's License Number 353428), and was the owner and Chief Executive Officer of a successful California based public works construction company for more than 25 years before he elected to enter the legal profession.

Mr. Di Duca, Ms. Ellingson, and the legal professionals who assist them concentrate on specific areas of the law, all of which are related to their actual, hands-on business and legal experience including business sales and acquisitions, general transactional law, construction law, the special laws and regulations related to the construction industry, and estate and business succession planning.
