The law firm of Fallace & Larkin was established to provide legal representation for the Firm's clients in all stages of business and commercial transactions based on a foundation of a broad range of legal experience provided by its founding members, Jim Fallace and David Larkin. The Firm provides legal services for its clients in all stages of business and commercial entity formation, development, contracts, transactions, and litigation.
