"Misled and Uninformed: The Financial Burden of Inaccurate Case Handling" - Anonymous
Cons: During the handling of our case, we were not given accurate information and were misled. We did not receive any invoices or bills for the work done on our case for 2 years. As a result, we now have to hire someone to correct all the errors made, which is causing us additional financial burden.
