Creative Billing

Creative billing is more than a buzz word at GERSONLAW. Unlike many law firms who talk about alternative billing arrangements (but, in fact, bill almost everything hourly), GERSONLAW has extensive experience in fixed fee, capped fee, limited scope and other alternative billing arrangements. GERSONLAW will also project fees whenever possible on the outset of its engagements, and will also provide budgets for both transactional and litigation matters.
