Pratt-Yungblut is dedicated to resolving disputes in the construction industry. Both Don and Steve have extensive experience both in the representation of clients involved in the construction process and as seasoned mediators, arbitrators, umpires, and Disputes review Board members. While Don and Steve continues to accept assignments from selected clients, the majority of its efforts are now dedicated to serving as third-party neutrals dealing with disputes arising out of construction projects both nationally and internationally.
