BCG Attorney Search speaks with attorneys about law firms every day. Here is what attorneys are saying:

lot of the time.

Cruser & Mitchell is an established law firm with a reputation for excellence in the legal community. The firm offers a collegial environment and substantive opportunities for attorneys and legal assistants. Attorneys at the firm have the opportunity to participate in live depositions and mediations, and will find the firm to be understanding and flexible in accommodating any potential absences. The firm offers a great place to learn and cultivate invaluable skills.

However, there are some areas for improvement. There is a lack of structure at times, which can cause some confusion. Additionally, some of the newer associates are still learning and need to be reminded of what is due regarding their cases. Management can also be a problem, and the pay could be higher. There is also a lot of turnover, which means heavy workloads for those who remain. Lastly, the insurance benefits can be unaffordable due to COVID.

Overall, Cruser & Mitchell is an excellent firm for those looking for a challenging and rewarding legal experience. The firm offers a great opportunity to learn and develop valuable skills, and the collegial environment helps foster a sense of growth and development. However, the firm should look to improve its management and structure, as well as its pay and insurance benefits to ensure that its employees are supported and cared for.

Advice to law firm management: Please shut down ASAP for the sake of the healthy development of legal industry and societal civility

Pros: Absolutely no

Cons: 1. low quality cases basically can learn nothing; 2. uncivility in the workplace, the partners and their favored staff are EXTREMELY rude, literally bullying, feels like slavery vibe. Trust me you would rather take unemployment insurance than work in this place because the whole mental torture and humanity degradation is simply not worth it.

Partners to Avoid and Why: Rondiene Novitz for NY office. Her personality is like a crazy wild beast because she can lose her control at any time for no reason and shouts and yells at people for no reason, especially when she has no knowledge about something she chooses to blame everything she does not understand on employees instead of figuring things out by herself. Unreasonably and incredibly exploitative and manipulative, asks employees to return to office even after traveling over 50 miles during the day to attend the court appearances. By the way in case you don't know she also installs software in your system to monitor every of your behavior. Her favorite thing to do is to show off in front of her broke employees that she really has a taste and rich knowledge about nutrition, fitness and lifestyle. Legal version of "watching the poor" while that being her employees!
