BPE Law was founded by attorney Steve Beede in 1995. The firm name embodies our core practice areas ? Business, Properties, Estates. From the firm's inception, our goal has been to provide exceptional legal services to private individuals, real estate professionals and business owners. Our expertise has made us the law firm of choice in the greater Sacramento area and throughout California.

Our first office was in downtown Sacramento. In 2000, the decision was made to move our offices to Fair Oaks, and in November 2015, due to the steady growth of the firm, we opened BPE Law in Gold River in order to better serve our clients. In 2017, BPE Law completed its leadership transition as Mr. Beede stepped into retirement and Keith Dunnagan assumed the management of the Firm.

We've handled thousands of cases across a diverse legal landscape, earning our reputation, one client at a time, as one of the most respected law firms in the area. In addition to practicing law, our attorneys are sought after speakers and regularly present legal educational seminars to companies, trade groups and professional organizations throughout Northern California.

In addition to handling a wide variety of everyday legal issues, we also handle complex litigation and multi-party litigation in both state and federal courts. As such, our clients come from across the nation and from locales as far-flung as Dubai and South America seeking our advice and expertise.
