After practicing for nearly 15 years in other firms, Tug Worst, John Fitzgerald, II and Tim Stover, recognized an opportunity to offer a wide range of legal services to the southern Idaho community through the combined efforts of lawyers with varied backgrounds working as a team. The three of them formed Worst, Fitzgerald & Stover, PLLC which has since become the current firm of Worst, Stover, Gadd & Spiker, PLLC. Worst, Stover, Gadd & Spiker's dedication to the Magic Valley combined with the diversity of its lawyers have given it a unique ability to serve a growing community in virtually all aspects of civil litigation and business law. Our philosophy is to direct cases which have particular needs or attributes to our lawyers who have developed skill and expertise in the particular area of the law at issue. This approach enhances attorney/client relationships, effective and efficient case management and goal oriented representation of our clients.

In 2014 the firm expanded its presence in Idaho by merging with Wilson & McColl, a well known collection and creditor's rights firm in Boise. With this merge, the firm is able to assist clients with convenient locations in both the Magic Valley and the Treasure Valley. Jeff Wilson and Brian McColl have continued with the firm as "Of Counsel" attorneys and provide years of experience.
