Pros: Some of the attorneys are friendly.Flexibility with starting work hours within a set schedule (8-5, 7-4, or 9-6).
Cons: Most of the attorneys are abusive to staff and create HR problems.Overtime is often taken away without prior approval, and requests for approval are ignored.Pay is calculated in 15-minute increments, leading to situations where employees work for free.High employee turnover, including among paralegals. Paralegals are expected to bill for every minute they're at work, including breaks, leading to a stressful work environment.
