The Niebuhr Law Firm was established May 5, 1994. The firm currently has two full time attorneys and a full staff to handle your case with the utmost care and attention to detail. We represent bankruptcy clients throughout Illinois, including Bloomington, Springfield, Galesburg, Lincoln, Moline, and the Quad Cities. Currently we handle approximately 100 cases per month. We have the experience to ensure that your case is completed without problems that a less experienced attorney may face. Karl R. Niebuhr is a life-long resident of Peoria, Illinois. He attended Richwoods High School and graduated in 1983. Karl graduated from Western Illinois University cum laude in 1989. He then attended Thomas M Cooley Law School located in Lansing, Michigan. In May of 1994, Karl was licensed to practice law in Illinois. Karl opened the office soon after that. Karl served as an elected official for the Township of West Peoria from 1994-1998. In September of 2004, Karl applied and was granted a license to practice law in the state of Iowa. Karl is an avid tennis player and enjoys performing magic for small groups.
